4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each individual project agreement. General terms:

• Invoices are issued in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment is due within the period stated on each invoice (typically 7–14 days from invoice date).
• Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of work.
• Deposits paid to commence work are non-refundable unless TecMatik fails to deliver the agreed services.
• Final deliverables, including website files and access credentials, will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by TecMatik or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client Work: Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for the custom design and code created for your project will transfer to you. We retain the right to feature completed work in our portfolio unless a specific confidentiality agreement is in place.

Third-Party Assets: Some projects may incorporate licensed stock images, fonts, or plugins. Where applicable, the relevant licences will be obtained and documented. Continued use of these assets after project handover remains your responsibility.

6. Portfolio and Case Studies

Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement, TecMatik reserves the right to display your completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. We will never disclose confidential business information without your consent.
